INDIVIDUAL FACILITATING |
If you’ve felt stuck or otherwise been struggling with a problem, even a chronic one, or one that you think requires great effort or a long time to resolve, Facilitating can help.
If you have a sense that there’s more to life than the life your living, but aren’t clear about what that looks like, or how it might be made real. Facilitating helps you be clear about what you want, and about what this is calling you to be.
Desire is a natural and vital part of life that calls us to ever-greater fulfillment, creativity, and self-expression. Yet often we may be set against our desires. At war with ourselves, we may not even realize that we’ve allowed ourselves to become creatures of habits long outgrown. At such times, Facilitating can be an invaluable resource.
Facilitating is also useful for those who, while free of contradiction, are ready to take the next step in one or more of the four staging areas of life but may not be clear on what this involves. Individual sessions run 45-60 minutes are available either in person or on the phone, and rarely need to be repeated.
There are no prerequisites other than an open mind and heart, and the willingness to take responsibility to receive a better situation.

FACILITATING FOR ORGANIZATIONS |
This remarkable approach to conflict resolution, based on the enormous creative power of individual consciousness, brings to the members of any organization the freedom to experience greater peace, purpose, and fulfillment through reconciling conflicting beliefs, themes, assumptions, and values. This can mean profound and far-reaching benefits for the organization in which you work. Even more so, if your company or organization is facing an intractable, chronic, or severe human services problem. The process is fast and effective, and can immediately:
- resolve value conflicts between individuals
- identify the "next step" for an organization needing direction
- bring values, vision, and methods into agreement
- raise ignored or overlooked questions about purpose
- rekindle enthusiasm for living and working
- help people break free of old ways of thinking and acting
- improve peace of mind by eliminating contradictions
- guide an individual or organization to a more consistent, enlightened, and fulfilling identity
Human relations problems are hidden costs that can quickly drain an organization's resources while eroding its success, morale, and sense of forward motion. Speedy resolution of even a single issue through Facilitating for Organizations can pay for the cost of the program many times over! Whether the application is directly professional or personal, Facilitating for Organizations is the ultimate human relations tool. Many find the speed and effectiveness startling.
How it Works: The process is simple. We schedule either a phone or in-house Facilitating session with the individual or individuals immediately involved in the problem. Each session lasts from 30-60 minutes, after which the problem will be resolved in most cases. We use email and phone follow-up to answer any lingering questions. In rare cases where the problem continues to show up after the Facilitating session, we provide additional coaching to help those involved who are having difficulty applying the instruction given in the initial session.
Fees: The service is provided for a consulting fee determined by the unique needs of the organization. Sessions may be scheduled at any time throughout the year, as needed, and may be used to address different problems. Contract terms range from a single session for intervention to a 30-day schedule.

COUPLES FACILITATING |
Couples often find that co-creating can be challenging, and may run into particularly difficult periods when the love between them seems all but taken hostage by contradiction, resistance, and conflict. Traditionally, those going through such transitions have sought support through psychotherapy.
Now, there’s an exciting alternative to the therapeutic approach—Couples Facilitating, conducted by a Field Project Certified Facilitator. Couples who have taken the program have experienced, in many cases, seemingly miraculous reversals of even longstanding issues carried over many years. Whether the issue is the partnership and whether or not to remain together, or something else that the two are facing in their shared life, Couples Facilitating clarifies next steps and makes it possible to begin moving forward again even in cases where the couple could see no solution. The process is tremendously liberating and allows individuals to choose consciously whether or not they remain together, and what kind of association, if any, they wish to have with each other. While the nature of this work precludes guarantees, Facilitating can be quickly and powerfully transformative, providing a real and proven alternative to psychotherapy.
There are no prerequisites other than an open mind and heart, and the willingness to take responsibility to receive a better situation.

FACILITATING FOR FAMILIES |
For many of us, family is the foundation of our life in the world. Yet often the closeness of family brings up trying issues that want to be resolved. Facilitating for Families shows those in families how they can move through contradictions that may be hindering their ability to be close and joyful as they tap the liberating power of responsibility, willingness, and the efficiency of aligned consciousness.
This 15-day program includes support by phone and email to help family members shift their identity and reality in ways that allow them to enjoy and appreciate how much they mean to each other, clear any issues that have been getting in the way, and set out on a new path of greater fulfillment, creativity, respect, and co-creation.
Facilitating for Families includes:
- an initial Facilitating session to identify and clear issues
- two additional, follow-up Facilitating sessions
- unlimited email support over the 15 days of the program
Facilitating for Families isn’t for everyone. Those who want to enroll should be willing to:
- make a commitment to the 15-day program
- look at the situation differently
- forego blame and take responsibility
- receive a better reality
The program is intended for adults and children at least 13 years old. It is essential that parents not attempt to force their children into participating, as the use of even subtle coercion not only is disrespectful but also renders Facilitating ineffective.
